Section 1 General Description and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qq777 and all users of its services. These Terms apply to the qq777 website, mobile application, and all related services.

By creating an account, logging in, or starting to use any service on the site, the user agrees to comply with all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any term, you are advised not to use the service.

qq777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through the site. Continued use of the service after an update will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

Section 2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on qq777, users must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old and comply with the applicable laws of your country.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration — providing false information may result in account closure.
• Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them may be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Documents required for identity verification (KYC) must be provided upon request.

Section 3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qq777 are handled securely and transparently. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (same amount for every method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
• Deposits or withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Every deposit or withdrawal request goes through qq777's verification process. If suspicious transactions or unusual activity are detected, qq777 reserves the right to suspend or investigate the transaction.

Section 4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following terms must be followed when claiming and using qq777 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example — a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
• Wagering requirement: Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
• Bonuses can only be used in designated game categories — this will be stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• qq777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

Section 5 VIP Program and Cashback

qq777's VIP program is divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback. Example: if net losses in a week are ৳20,000, a Silver member receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the week's total net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's regular activity. VIP tier benefits may change at qq777's discretion.

Section 6 Game Use and Fair Play Policy

All games on qq777 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to users:

• Exploiting any technical error, code, or software vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial means to play games or place bets is prohibited.
• Colluding with other users to share bonus funds or winnings is prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward dealers or other players in live casino games is not permitted.
• If a technical issue causes an undetermined outcome in any game, qq777 reserves the right to void or correct that round.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure Conditions

If a user engages in any of the following activities, qq777 may close or suspend the account without prior notice and may take legal action where applicable:

• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account or any attempt to hack the platform.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised modification or use of any system or software on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.

qq777 is not obligated to explain the reasons for closing an account. However, if a user wishes to contest the closure, they may contact the support team.

Section 8 Responsible Gaming

qq777 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We are committed to protecting our users.

• Every user should set a budget they can afford and play within it.
• Gaming should never be seen as a source of income or a way to repay debt.
• You should not bet with money needed for yourself or your family.

• The user is responsible for the device and internet connection required to use the app.

Section 12 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

qq777 is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to gameplay or transactions due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Problems arising from faults in the user's own device or network.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Section 13 Amendments and Termination

qq777 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time for business or legal reasons. Amended terms will take effect from the date they are published on the site.

A user may request to close their account at any time. However, account closure will only take effect after any pending bets or transactions in progress have been completed.
